about me

I am an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and bodyworker specializing in the lymph, breasts and belly. I have been studying herbalism and holistic healing for 15 years and Ayurveda for 6 years. I’ve experienced deep healing through root cause and lifestyle medicine that are the foundations of this science of life. I have been studying Ayurveda and deep lymphatic work with DeAnna Batdorff and share her breast massage techniques. My education is important to me and I continue to take classes and deepen my understanding and skill.

I am also a medicine maker, gardener, herbalist, potter, chef, jeweler, ceremonialist, water lover and naturalist. I live in the foothills of the Sierras, east of Chico, CA. I am passionate about being of service to my community, providing nourishment & deep relaxation to all of my clients. I look forward to working with you! :)
